Problems with SSH/SFTP between AIX and Mainframe
Hi,
I'm not sure if this has been solved in this forum already but please do help me out if possible. Basically, I've already setup a passwordless SSH connection between 2 AIX IDs (say ID-1 and ID-2) with a Mainframe server ID (say MVSID). I'm able to successfully do an SSH from the AIX server to the Mainframe server in a passwordless transaction. I've setup the reverse as well (i.e. between MVSID and ID-1/ID-2). But while performing an SFTP connection from MVSID to ID-1/ID-2, ID-2 executes fine with no prompt for password wheread for ID-1 the password is prompted. Can you please help as to why this is happening? I've pasted the DEBUG logs below. Its a bit too long so please pardon me for the same. Awaiting a quicky reply. Thanks.
