If this is related to a PMR you opened at IBM, you should ask the support about it to make sure what will happen. For me it seems like you have to wait for a fix or next ML update maybe.
In case you have support at IBM and need a fix very urgent, let your management complain so they might come up with a hotfix. Usually they include such a hotfix later in MLs.
ML=Maintenace Level. Today they are called TL, Tech Level, if I am correct.
