We have no systems with such a library. HP-UX 10.20 put a couple libraries there from the Auxiliary-Opt fileset. The C-Dev-Tools fileset added a couple more. But they are all .a not .sl. And /opt/langtools disappeared in HP-UX 11.00.

Can anyone help me in cleaning /opt filesystem..
i have checked all the options and i have cleared all the logs and the total size of the files in /opt is shown as 1.8GB were as the size of /opt is 4.8GB
but wen i run the command
# df -h /opt
it gives
capacity
99%

Hi,
/opt on my disk is almost 90%. I thought of growing it. I followed the below procedure:
1. added a new hard disk
2. formatted the same with ufs
3. created a slice and tried to label it as "opt" with "wm" permissions.

I'm thinking we should change the toolbar to "opt in" and have it off for members by default?

SYNOPSIS
qd-config [options]
DESCRIPTION
To link a Fortran-90 program with the C++ qd library, it is recommended to link with the C++ compiler used to generate the library. The
Fortran 90 interface (along with a C-style main function calling f_main) is found in the qdmod library. The qd-config script can be used
to determine which flags to pass to compile and link your programs.
OPTIONS
--src Switch between source and system location.
--prefix
Output configured prefix value.
--exec-prefix
Output configured exec_prefix value.
--build-flags
Compiler options used during build.
--build-libs
Linker options used during build.
--configure-args
Configure arguments used for build.
