Telnet in redhat linux

Hi,

I just want to access linux machine from windows telnet client.What is the procedure?How do i start telnet server in Linux,where to check if it is installed.

Please help

telnet idle timeout on Redhat kernel 2.4.35.4

$RE{URI}{telnet} Returns a pattern that matches telnet URIs, as defined by RFC 1738.
