ghostscript will convert ps to other graphic formats
example:
Code:
gs -sDEVICE=gif8 -sOutputFile=blah.gif -r50 blah.ps

makes a gif file

So,
Code:
for file in `ls -1 *.ps`
do
     tmp=`basename $file`
     $file1="$tmp".gif
     gs -sDEVICE=gif8 -sOutputFile=$file1 -r50 $file
done

will convert all of the ps files in the current directory.

How to identify a corrupted TIFF image

Hi everyone! Here's my first thread... I have to recognize if a TIFF image is corrupted or not.
