Not natively, your own first post is correct in both respects. However I have a feeling that I have seen a reference to it being done with freeware tools, although that was possibly only for CDs. I'll have a look and see if I can dig it out.

Hey all.
Wondering - I have a pair of V245's with no internal CD/DVD-ROM drives, and I want to install the latest/greatest Solaris 10.
Booting these machines with an external drive plugged in via USB does no good.
Is jumpstart or installing internal drives the only alternative?

Hi All,
I just bought the SUN x2200m2. After I installed Solaris, I cannot see the CD/DVD ROM. I cannot mount the CD/DVD ROM since it says already mounted. When I try unmount it I get message that CD/DVD is not mounted. :(
Any idea please.

Hi All,
I'm a total noob when it comes to troubleshooting Sun hardware issues, however, I've been tasked with just a task. How can I verify if the DVD rom is working in a Sun system? We've put in the dvd, but can't do anything. This is from command line.
Thanks.

Mail::ListDetector::Detector::AutoShare(3pm) User Contributed Perl Documentation Mail::ListDetector::Detector::AutoShare(3pm)
NAME
Mail::ListDetector::Detector::AutoShare - AutoShare message detector
SYNOPSIS
use Mail::ListDetector::Detector::AutoShare;
DESCRIPTION
An implementation of a mailing list detector, for AutoShare mailing lists, AutoShare is a freeware Macintosh list server by Mikael Hansen,
see http://home.comcast.net/~autoshare/autoshare/ for details about AutoShare.
Some AutoShare mailing list messages are RFC2919 compliant and all are RFC2369 compliant but this module provides more information.
METHODS
new()
Inherited from Mail::ListDetector::Detector::Base.
match()
Accepts a Mail::Internet object and returns either a Mail::ListDetector::List object if it is a post to a AutoShare mailing list, or
"undef".
Since later version of AutoShare specifies a (mostly) unique ID for a mailing list in the format of RFC2919,
Mail::ListDetector::Detector::RFC2919 is used to attempt to extract this information about the list.
BUGS
No known bugs.
