Security for network

hi there,
i'm wondering what are the good books out there on internet security, PREFERABELY all topics roll into 1 book
topics like firewall DES,3DES,SHA,SSL,CHAP,EAP SPAP,PAP,VPN,L2TP,PPTP,IAS,Kerboros,IPsec,PKI,digital signatures/certifcates,Denial of service,RADIUS,RAS,viruses, trojan horses, sniffer packets and network managemnt.
(basically anything that involves interent security/encryption and how to protect the network)

i know this seems big ,but i like it when it is in 1 book ,at least (or i hope the author trys to bridge the topics togehter ! )

i heard that there is this book called
a) hacking exposed (ISBN 0-07-212748-1),

b) Cryptography and Network Security: Principles and Practice, 2/e by stallings (ISBN 0-13-869017-0)

c) this author Bruce Schenier soemthing like that

the security should preferably cover both Windows and Unix/Linux

comments?
any recommandations ?
