Look Online

There is an HPUX CSA Reference Guide by Rafeeq Ur Rahem published in 2004. I would get that if you want a paper copy. But, I would suggest you try a subscription service like safari online. For half the price of one of those books you can read all ten that they have on HP-UX including the new one on HP-UX 11i v2. The url is http://safari.oreilly.com. Just a suggestion.
