Change mgmt log

Hi All,
I have a query which i needed some clarity and answers on.

If i need to capture all changes that a HP-UX system does is there a way in which i can capture that for over a period of time say Jan-July.

Not talking about point in time changes log but over a period, where in say if a user was added and then subsequently deleted from the system, the logs will still mark an addition and deletion entry which can viwed in the change log.

looking forward to hearing from all those guru's there.

Thanks,
Aadil
