nodelay - set blocking or non-blocking read
SYNOPSIS

int nodelay(WINDOW *win, bool bf);
PARAMETERS
win Is a pointer to the window in which to enable non-blocking.
bf Is a Boolean expression.
DESCRIPTION
If enabled, (bf is TRUE), the nodelay() function causes getch(3XCURSES) to return ERR if no input is ready. When disabled, getch() blocks
until a key is pressed.
RETURN VALUES
On success, the nodelay() function returns OK. Otherwise, it returns ERR.
ERRORS
None.
