Performance tuning. If you run the search, you will see that performace tuning also has to do with what your server is running - there are different parameters to increase or decrease according to the service you are attempting to run (web, database, mail,...)

I have a Local zone , where users feel that performance is not good.
Is it wise to collect the inputs from the local zone rather than taking from the global zone.
And also Can I tune from Global zone , so that it will reflect in local zone.

SYNOPSIS
string curl_unescape (resource $ch, string $str)
DESCRIPTION
This function decodes the given URL encoded string.
PARAMETERS
o $ch
-A cURL handle returned by curl_init(3).
o $str
- The URL encoded string to be decoded.
RETURN VALUES
Returns decoded string or FALSE on failure.

curl_unescape(3) does not decode plus symbols (+) into spaces. urldecode(3) does.
