problem relaying email to client mail exchanger from online forms

We are having a mail issue on our shared web server. We have a $40/mo. web hosting reseller account with a company called F r o g e e . c o m. We host 50+ domains there and only have this problem with two. We don't get much support from them so I am turning to outside help. We are not web server technicians and are generally lost when it comes to this stuff. Here is the issue

These two clients both have a mail exchanger in their offices. There mail come to my server and is redirected to there MX server (IP address) via my MX record setting. There mail works fine. However, all of the forms (PHP) on the domain should be forwarding their submitted content to an email address on the domain. That email never arrives. The form is working as it sends the email to several other email addresses, but if the address is on THAT domain it gets lost. It seems like whatever directs the mail to the right mail server is trying to find the address on the local server and not getting the message out to the client's mail server in their office.

Anyone have any ideas?

Appreciate the help!!!

CURLOPT_MAIL_FROM - SMTP sender address SYNOPSIS
#include <curl/curl.h> CURLcode curl_easy_setopt(CURL *handle, CURLOPT_MAIL_FROM, char *from); DESCRIPTION
Pass a pointer to a zero terminated string as parameter. This should be used to specify the sender's email address when sending SMTP mail with libcurl. An originator email address should be specified with angled brackets (<>) around it, which if not specified will be added automatically. If this parameter is not specified then an empty address will be sent to the mail server which may cause the email to be rejected. The application does not have to keep the string around after setting this option. DEFAULT
