You might want to check into the version of NFS that the Linux server is using. I think Linux uses NFSv3 if I am not mistaken, I think Solaris 7 & 8; use only version 2. I am not positive though....

home dir mount issue

Hi all, I have to mount my home directory in one box, by default everyone's home directory will mount in all unix boxes which we have. Issue with CD to a hidden dir

I have written a script to secure delete all files in a quarantine folder and my Trash folder. All the commands run trough Terminal via the script.
