It would help greatly if you were to tell us what version of unix you are running.
Also, you might want to run a few command to tell you what your starting point is for each of these. Like how much total memory and swap you have, how fast are your cpus, how many cpus, etc...
Telling us the flavor of Unix will help greatly....and the OS version.

nologin: topas: not found

Description
The program reports various items of information about a kernel file and the running system. It is also used to create a system configura-
tion file in the doconfig command.
Options
-b Create a boot command file for the current system disk. The program creates the appropriate and command files in These files can then
