Accessing Multi Hard Disk & theme

Hie Neo and LivinFree,
As i asked before for the Question of accessing Multiharddisk, ive been told to post the output of df and dmesg. Here im attaching you the df & dmesg outputs from my system. Hope my problem can come to a conclusion.
