I'm writing a program for managing accounts and groups in a linux system.
My problem is how to update the members of a group in the /etc/group file,if i have to add/remove those members.
total 3 variables for adding some new members to the group :

I'm having a problem with sudo on Solaris 5.10 that is giving me fits (and BTW, I'm a Linux admin by trade...).

Hello,
When listing the file systems (using ls -ltr) , if the group names are longer the group name is getting truncated.
Can someone help with the script which would display the truncated group name?

I have created a openSUSE 12.3 VM in my VirtualBox. I have created one user and added that user to my group.
Is there any command by which I can add that user to sudoers user group like we do in ubuntu?
#sudo adduser user1 sudo

MooseX::SetOnce - write-once, read-many attributes for Moose
VERSION

SYNOPSIS
Add the "SetOnce" trait to attributes:
package Class;
use Moose;
use MooseX::SetOnce;
has some_attr => (
is => 'rw',
traits => [ qw(SetOnce) ],
);
...and then you can only set them once:
my $object = Class->new;
$object->some_attr(10); # works fine
$object->some_attr(20); # throws an exception: it's already set!
DESCRIPTION
The 'SetOnce' attribute lets your class have attributes that are not lazy and not set, but that cannot be altered once set.
The logic is very simple: if you try to alter the value of an attribute with the SetOnce trait, either by accessor or writer, and the
attribute has a value, it will throw an exception.
If the attribute has a clearer, you may clear the attribute and set it again.
