Operating Systems Solaris Anyone know how to get Serial number with 1 command? Post 47660 by kduffin on Sunday 15th of February 2004 08:51:03 PM

There is no way to retrieve the serial number from a Solaris system other than physically retriving it. Let's hope Sun gets smarter in future releases.

Cheers,

Keith
