name service(2)
the change is the usage of nis service for login and passwd in addition of the content of file /etc/passwd.
the syntax used by sam is compat in the file /etc/nsswitch.conf and i think it's correct.
i put the + in /etc/passwd for use nis service.
after i start the nis daemon by /sbin/init.d/nis.client start.
the nis commands appears to work correcttly but a connection on a nis user display the answer user id unknown
the problem disappear after a reboot
thanks
