maybe it is hard to work only used sed or tr
but you cant do it both used sed and tr
for example :you can used sed to add a special char before "DH" then used tr to replace the special char by \n

with this line

using sed or awk ?

So what i have below has been working for me.
sed 's/="//g' trade.csv > tradeb.csv
sed 's/"//g' tradeb.csv > trade2.csv

replace - A utility program that is used by msql2mysql, but that has more general applicability as well. replace changes strings in place
in files or on the standard input. Uses a finite state machine to match longer strings first. Can be used to swap strings.

Special characters in from string:
^ Match start of line.
