Question help!!!

Hello everbody!
I have problem about changing C code to MS NT environment.
This code has some libraries such as;

unistd.h
termio.h
sys/ioctl.h
and has
#define TLMNAME "dev/t1000"
statement

What are the equivalents of these libraries and this statement
in MSDOS (NT) environment

what can i use except these to compile program in Turbo C for NT

Thanks
