Make a diagram
Here is one way to solve this problem. Make a diagram of the wiring using the pinouts from both devices. Show the functions of each pin in the diagram and how the cable connects them.
Draw the diagram, make a <B>gif, jpg or pdf</B> of the drawing and post it (HTML LINK) to this thread. We can take a look and help after you do this functional wiring diagram. Show as much detail as possible.
