       Bio::AlignIO::prodom - prodom sequence input/output stream

SYNOPSIS

       Do not use this module directly.  Use it via the Bio::AlignIO class.

DESCRIPTION

       This object can transform Bio::Align::AlignI objects to and from prodom flat file databases.
