I want to write a program that would convert yard to feet and feet to yard.
i.e
1 yard = 3 * feet

How do I write the "do nothing" statement in the following example?

The maxdb_stmt_data_seek(3) function seeks to an arbitrary result pointer specified by the $offset in the statement result set represented
