How can I save images from web browser?

I'm new to linux in general and have no idea how to download an image. I noticed it's not simple like windows. I tried looking it up before making this post but people only answered with "have you tried (some code)?" etc. And I'm a complete newbie. 100% dummie beginner.
Please help I really wanna learn
