Tried, getting same permission error

[abc@xyz ~]$ sudo su -c  systemctl restart crond
[sudo] password for deepak:
Sorry, user abc is not allowed to execute '/bin/su -c systemctl restart crond' as root on node1.xyz.com.

Permission in sudoers.............
