Discrepancies Between Our Mobile Detection Code and Google Analytics Regarding Chinese User Agents

Something is not "jiv'in" with the image from mobile showing 67% of site users are from mobile.
Google analytics shows, only around 7%.
Looks like I need to get to the bottom of this.....
