UNIX.com is getting crushed in google search these days

Always focused on the forum users, especially new users, and improving services for our users (meaning those who come here to get answers to their questions); my code changes has resulted in an upward trends in traffic here at UNIX.com:
We have seen about a full 30% increase in traffic from Google search referrals since the beginning of May of 2019 (approximately three months of data).
That's a very big trend reversal, and the site traffic has been on a steady upwards trend since I made a lot of changes, as you can see from the graph above from Google Search Console.
This is especially remarkable considering the Google Trends graph for keywords "unix" and "linux" continue to be on the steady decline, month-over-month and year-over-year.
Always focused on the user and the user experience ..... it's a tremendous amount of work, but it's very rewarding to know we help millions of people every month here at UNIX.com.

In my Co. we have intranet site hosted on Unix box. In Explorer there is a text box for searching information on internet. By default it is using Google Custom Search. This search engine is little old one. Now I want to patch this search engine with latest patch. If any one know... (0 Replies)

search ( can => 'all', q = 'foo', sort => '-modified', limit => 1000, load_after_search => 1 ) do the search, the results is set to $self->results, which is an arrayref with Net::Google::Code::Issue as element. If a "sort" argument is specified, that will be passed to google code's issue list. Generally, these are composed of "+" or "-" followed by a column name. limit => Num is to limit the results number. load_after_search => Bool is to state if we should call $issue->load after search return true if search is successful, false on the other hand. updated_after( date_string || DateTime object ) find all the issues that have been updated or created after the date. the issues are all loaded. return true if success, false on the other hand project results this should be called after a successful search. returns issues as a arrayref.
