Without a better explanation of what you're trying to do, it is hard to give a good answer.
If you want to delete all but the last 3 words on every line, or delete the first 2 words on every line, we can make suggestions that will help. If you want to delete everything but a few recognized words (and can't or won't tell us which words are "recognized"), it becomes much harder for us to make any useful suggestions.
If you can show us a representative sample input file and explain how you want to modify that text and show us the output you hope to produce, we can do a much better job of making useful suggestions.

I know this may sound stupid, but when i use vi to edit in SUSE, i see the file has a lot of underlines, how can i get rid of underline permanently so when i open any file to edit, i don't see any underlines?

I have created a dummy file -demo.txt
On my machine-A (oslevel-5300-08) I can display the file content in HEX format through VI editor using :%!xxd but on other machine-B (oslevel - 5300-06) , I get error as "sh: xxd: not found."

wdiff - display word differences between text files
SYNOPSIS
wdiff [OPTION]... FILE1 FILE2
wdiff -d [OPTION]... [FILE]
DESCRIPTION
wdiff - Compares words in two files and report differences.
Mandatory arguments to long options are mandatory for short options too.
-C, --copyright
display copyright then exit
-1, --no-deleted
inhibit output of deleted words
-2, --no-inserted
inhibit output of inserted words
-3, --no-common
inhibit output of common words
-a, --auto-pager
automatically calls a pager
-d, --diff-input
use single unified diff as input
-h, --help
display this help then exit
-i, --ignore-case
fold character case while comparing
-l, --less-mode
variation of printer mode for "less"
-n, --avoid-wraps
do not extend fields through newlines
-p, --printer
overstrike as for printers
-s, --statistics
say how many words deleted, inserted etc.
-t, --terminal
use termcap as for terminal displays
