That Angular app is very old:

The last release was 4 years ago: kiswa released this on Dec 5, 2015
Maybe you should try to work with some recent version of Angular apps?
Angular has changed a lot in the past 4 years
Javacript SPA frameworks have high momentum these days and the state-of-the-art is moving forward very fast. You should really try a "taskboard" app written with the current version of Angular (or Vue, or React).

Here's my situation.
When a user access the site domain.com it redirects to /portal which displays SKIN1 by default.
