I have made some tests. When I send a download request to a proxied port at location1, it sends my download request to location2. I can see that traffic is between location1,2 and my house... Not between my house and location2. It seems ridiculous.
When I search "how to set up loadbalance in multiple servers in linux", shown answers are related to haproxy. So, with regard to your answer, loadbalance and haproxy have entirely different functions.

i hav a script which processes 1000 files one by one in every run jus for searching their corresponding output files at a given path, due to this my script runs for long time and taking more CPU,

I have a problem with memory on AIX 5.3. On this server, we have JDE Edwards (ERP) and Oracle Database (9.2.0.7.0).
We have 4 Gb for physical memory and 3 Gb for paging space.

DESCRIPTION
bgoffice-dict-download is a small program to help download bgoffice dictionaries off sourceforge.net. It browses the bgoffice project
download area and follows the download links.
The dictionary is downloaded in the current directory, unless the "--output" option is used.
OPTIONS
--list
Prints the list of the known dictionaries.
--dict dictionary name
Specifies the dictionary to be downloaded. See "--list" for the known dictionaries. This option is mandatory, unless "--list" is given.
--output file
Saves the downloaded dictionary in the given file, instead of ./<dict>.tar.bz2
