AIX memory usage by processes

Small disclaimer : i used AIX really little, most of the time migrating stuff off of it 
Looks like server B in your case, has more filesystem caching activity going on.
Meaning, if this is some kind of cluster, and you failover a service which is using that filesystem, it's bound you will have slower response until same read patterns occur on serverA filesystem, and are cached to memory.
So, basically, context is required in this case.
What services are running on that server ?
How are those two servers sharing load - are requests hitting both or failover scenarios etc. ?
I mean, what doesn't actually work or works slower on specified server so you need to investigate the memory ?

We have AIX 5.1 machine of RAM 8 GB and paging space is 8GB. we are getting high memory usage of almost 99%.Can anybody please help in this ?

I wonder what would be the best way to determine how much memory is in use on any given time by the database processes. I thought about using ipcs -m command but I wonder if there any better way to determine this. Thanks.

Hi,
I have AIX 5.3TL8 two node cluster using HACMP and have 10g database using RAW devices. I am seeing gradual increase in comp% memory everyday and it reaches 100% and evicts the node, we had 4 evictions in 40days.
I am pasting vmstat and vmo output, anyone seen this issue?

dpm-modifyfs - modify the parameters of a disk pool filesystem SYNOPSIS
dpm-modifyfs --server fs_server --fs fs_name [ --st status ] [ --weight weight ] [ --help ] DESCRIPTION
dpm-modifyfs modifies the parameters of a disk pool filesystem. This command requires ADMIN privilege. OPTIONS
server specifies the host name of the disk server where this filesystem is mounted. fs specifies the mount point of the dedicated filesystem. status New status of this filesystem. It can be set to 0 (enabled read/write) or DISABLED or RDONLY. This can be either alphanumeric or the corresponding numeric value. weight specifies the weight of the filesystem. This is used during the filesystem selection. The value must be positive. It is recommended to use a value lower than 10. EXAMPLE
dpm-modifyfs --server sehost --fs /data --st RDONLY EXIT STATUS
This program returns 0 if the operation was successful or >0 if the operation failed. SEE ALSO
