SYNOPSIS

       int filectime (string  $filename)

DESCRIPTION

	Gets the inode change time of a file.

PARAMETERS

	      o $filename
		- Path to the file.

RETURN VALUES

	Returns the time the file was last changed, or FALSE on failure. The time is returned as a Unix timestamp.
