so i have a bit of a unique situation.
i have an encrypted index.php file that that can't be run the normal way that a web browser would run it. if it is run the normal way, the php script will show only gibberish on the web browser, instead of the actual php code.

Object oriented style
SYNOPSIS
string$mysqli->connect_error ()
DESCRIPTION
Procedural style
string mysqli_connect_error (void )
Returns the last error message string from the last call to mysqli_connect(3).
RETURN VALUES
A string that describes the error. NULL is returned if no error occurred.

Warning
The mysqli->connect_error property only works properly as of PHP versions 5.2.9 and 5.3.0. Use the mysqli_connect_error(3) function
if compatibility with earlier PHP versions is required.
