awk print line with highest value
grepping on a value but then want to print only those lines that have the highest value in the 4th column

Code:
log text text R59FJ
log text text R63FT
log text text R60JX
log1 text text R63EA
log1 text text R60JX

desired output

tried this but not getting the right output. Any help would be appreciated.

DwtSTextSetString(3Dwt) 												   DwtSTextSetString(3Dwt)

Name
       DwtSTextSetString - Sets the text string in the simple text widget.

Syntax
       void DwtSTextSetString(widget, value)
	    Widget widget;
	    char *value;

Arguments
       widget	 Specifies the ID of the simple text widget whose text string you want to set.

       value	 Specifies the text that replaces all text in the current text widget window.

Description
       The DwtSTextSetString function completely changes the string in the simple text widget.
