How do you know it's 11048 that is missing? And how do you know 22001 should be used to fill in the gap?
If those are constants, and no logics / algorithms needed / applied, it might be easier to just use an editor and do a block copy.

sfood-copy [options] files... DESCRIPTION
Read a snakefood dependencies file and flatten and output the list of all files. OPTIONS
-h, --help show the help message and exit -o, --overwrite Overwrite the destination files. If this is not set, an error is generated if the destination file exists. -i, --insert-package-inits Automatically create missing __init__.py in intervening directories. SEE ALSO
