At the moment I'm using Xubuntu. But I'm also trying to do this on a few other computers; some of them are running OSs like Subgraph, BackBox, Zorin, TinyCore, and Linux Mint. Any help on how to get this to work on any OS will probably help me with another, so any help is helpful lol.

I'm running solaris 2.5.1. My main development server is DEAD, i can't even boot off the cdrom, it powers up, acts like it is starting the boot process but then says cannot find boot device. 1) How to remove a directory that is not empty? The only option in man rmdir is -p and that does not do what I need. rm -R needs sudo for some reason.

I am trying to install Solaris x86 using the Jumpstart server. I run the add_install_client command with appropriate options, and reboot my x86 Target box.
