sorry i use " " in the post is just to emphasis , not i write it in the shell script

Code:
#! /bin/csh -f

this is ok, and i run the script by just type the file name

and i also found that if i use "source filepath" and it will terminate normally
with the shebang #! /bin/csh

maybe there is some reason that the child shell is in the loop?

       suspend - shell built-in function to halt the current shell

SYNOPSIS

   sh
       suspend

   csh

DESCRIPTION

   sh
       Stops the execution of the current shell (but not if it is the login shell).

   csh
       Stop the shell in its tracks, much as if it had been sent a stop signal with ^Z. This is most often used to stop shells started by su.
