Apart from the fact that in your post#1 the spec ("No.of field = 12") doesn't match the desired result (13 fields) ALL solutions proposed produce an easily adaptable result that should satisfy your request.

mysql_field_seek - Set result pointer to a specified field offset

SYNOPSIS

       Warning

	      This  extension  is deprecated as of PHP 5.5.0, and will be removed in the future. Instead, the MySQLi or PDO_MySQL extension should

		     omysqli_field_seek(3)

		     o PDOStatement::fetch using the $cursor_orientation and $offset parameters

DESCRIPTION

	Seeks to the specified field offset. If the next call to mysql_fetch_field(3) doesn't include a field offset, the field  offset  specified
       in mysql_field_seek(3) will be returned.
