I have set up in Solaris to email me and I received emails on the OS level. However, I don't get the mail in my MS Outlook. Please advise.

i wrote schell script to send e-mail automatically.
it works only e-mail for our company.say for example,
company name is : abc,
example: joe@abc.com
every body is receiving with xxx@abc.com (abc.com)
if any body from outside of our company like

I have mailx utility installed in system under /usr/bin/mailx but still when that script executes i am not getting mails..any idea why strange behaviour..?

i am supporting a server running Solaris 5.6.I don't know if the mail is configured on this server.

in.identtestd - a small daemon that can be used to test Ident servers
SYNOPSIS
in.identtestd
DESCRIPTION
in.identtestd is a small daemon (to be started from inetd) that does an ident lookup on you if you telnet into it. Can be used to verify
that your Ident server is working correctly.
The source code can be found in the debian libident source package, as ident-tester.c.
EXAMPLE
A typical entry in /etc/inetd.conf would be:
9999 stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/in.identtestd in.identtestd
With the above entry in place and active, execute "telnet hostname 9999" from either this system, or another system. It should show some-
thing like:
Trying hostname...
Connected to hostname.
Escape character is '^]'.
