Following your suggestion, now I get these errors
All the files and codes are running in the same directory. I've also made sure the xlsx has permissions.

apd_breakpoint - Stops the interpreter and waits on a CR from the socket

SYNOPSIS

       bool apd_breakpoint (int  $debug_level)
