With 186 posts to date, would you care to share you script so far so we can try to help?
It would be useful to know the OS and version you are using, and what are your preferred tools.
Is there a way to determine the appropriate user's email address? This could be:-
- A custom file
- Comments in /etc/passwd field 5
- Send to the local account
- Something else?
I'm sure we can help, but you need to give more for us to have enough information to steer you.
Kind regards,
Robin
