Perl solution for a log file with highly improbable text in line # 9:

$ cat -n logfile.txt
     1    this is line # 1

     8    this is line # 8

NAME

       Perl::Critic::Exception::Configuration::Option::Policy::ExtraParameter - The configuration referred to a non-existent parameter for a
