I do not want this zplctpool, it can be deleted. Instead, I want zplctpool, which is sitting on c0t1d0s7

assuming this is NOT your /rpool, simply export the existing zpool on the current c0t0d0s7, remove the disk and then with the new disk installed do a

zpool import -f zplctpool

Cannot remove disk added to zpool

I added a disk to a zpool using "zpool add diskname" My intention was mirror a zpool disk that no mirror; that is a zpool with only one disk. I did not issue the right command. Generally, this is what we do:- On primary, export 2 LUNs (add-vdsdev). On primary, assign these disks to the ldom in question (add-vdisk). On ldom, created mirrored zpool from these two disks. NAME

       zdb - ZFS debugger

SYNOPSIS

       zdb pool

DESCRIPTION

       The  zdb command is used by support engineers to diagnose failures and gather statistics. Since the ZFS file system is always consistent on
       disk and is self-repairing, zdb should only be run under the direction by a support engineer.

       If no arguments are specified, zdb, performs basic consistency checks on  the  pool  and  associated  datasets,	and  report  any  problems
       detected.

       Any options supported by this command are internal to Sun and subject to change at any time.

EXIT STATUS

       The following exit values are returned:

       0    The pool is consistent.

       1    An error was detected.

       2    Invalid command line options were specified.
