File formating with lines

Hi All,

Need to modify a file basically join the extra line to one I am having a file like below

Records of transfer
File received
X,X,X,X,1,1,1,0,A.10,B.10,C.10,D.10,E.10,
F.10
X,X,X,X,1,1,1,0,A.11,B.11,C.11,D.11,E.11,

And would like to make it as below .

Lire::Records - Base class for implementation of the records operator. SYNOPSIS
use Lire::Records; DESCRIPTION
This module is the base class for implementation of the records operator. The records operator isn't an aggregator nor a group operation. It only collects information on each DLF records which will be included in the report. CONSTRUCTOR
new( %params ) Creates a new instance of a records operator. In addition to the normal report operator parameters, the records operator takes one additional parameter: fields A reference to an array containing the names of the DLF field that should be included in the report. METHOD
