Your code is perfectly working irrespective of number of <tr> tags in a line.

R. Singh,

Code given by you is inserting the <td> tags from 1st file to 2nd file. But it is misplacing the tags and and not printing the rest of the <tr> tags from 2nd file.

Anyhow Thanks all for helping me on this.

wdiff - Compares words in two files and report differences. Mandatory arguments to long options are mandatory for short options too. -A, --ansi-red-green highlight deleted text in red, added text in green; using ansi terminal codes -B, --bold-inserted mark inserted text in bold; using ansi terminal codes -C, --copyright print copyright then exit -K, --no-init-term like -t, but no termcap init/term strings -L dummy, --label=dummy dummy option for diff compatibility -P, --punctuation treat punctuation (ispunct()) like whitespace (isspace()) -U, --underline-deleted underline deleted text; using ansi terminal codes -1, --no-deleted inhibit output of deleted words -2, --no-inserted inhibit output of inserted words -3, --no-common inhibit output of common words -a, --auto-pager automatically calls a pager -cN, --context=N like -3, but only print N lines of context around each difference.
