Mailx attachment using uuencode issue on Outlook2013

I am on RHEL 6.4. I have been using my bash script which mails one .csv file after zipping (myfile.csv.zip)to my Lotus Notes ID. I use

to do this. Here is my command -
. This all works very cool. Now my company is migrated to Outlook2013 from Lotus Notes. Now when the same mail is coming to outlook i do not get any attachment but in body of mail i get all encoded words beginning with
and all junk chars. Why this is so?
After that I tried mailx with option -a to add attachment(myfile.csv.zip) and this seems coming as attachment in my outlook but when I open zip file it shows me the file with complete dir path which I do not want my users to see.
Could some one please help m if I am still use
if not can i use get rid of absolute path coming along with the file in mail.

I am using unix's sendmail utility to send mails with attacments. I am using the uuencode command for attachments (zip).
When i send the mails to some account which is configured in the MS outook it opens/unzip the attachments with no problem.

Hi All,
I'm using uuencode to send out mail from unix to lotus notes,but i dont have any attachment to send out, I'm getting this message in the body of the mail
"Usage: uuencode remotedest"
however if i dont use uuencode I'm not able to send out mail

In my Linux am unable to send attachment to mail . Since pkgs for mutt and uuencode is not possible to install any other options for sending attachment will be useful.

SYNOPSIS
py_xls2csv input-file
DESCRIPTION
This manual page was written for the Debian distribution because the original program does not have a manual page.
py_xls2csv takes an Excel xls file as an argument and converts it to a comma separated value csv file. Output is sent to stdout.
Additional utility scripts can be found in the tools/ directory.
