Question CentOS 6.8 with Rocks Cluster: ldconfig is not a symbolic link errors

Any help appreciated just logging in to this server which is a front end for Rocks Cluster 6.1.1. Getting the below errors:

ldconfig
Code:
ldconfig: /usr/lib/libX11.so.6 is not a symbolic link
ldconfig: /usr/lib/libjpeg.so.62 is not a symbolic link
ldconfig: /usr/lib/libpng12.so.0 is not a symbolic link
ldconfig: /usr/lib/libXcomp.so.3 is not a symbolic link
ldconfig: /usr/lib/libz.so.1 is not a symbolic link
ldconfig: /usr/lib64/libgslcblas.so.0 is not a symbolic link
ldconfig: /usr/lib64/libgsl.so.0 is not a symbolic link

file /usr/lib64/libgslcblas.so.0
Code:
/usr/lib64/libgslcblas.so.0: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped

I also get this error when running yum check dependencies
Code:
reportlab-2.5-1.x86_64 has missing requires of libpython2.7.so.1.0()(64bit)

But it's here, so not sure if they are related:
Code:
/opt/python/lib/libpython2.7.so.1.0

/etc/ld.so.conf
Code:
include ld.so.conf.d/*.conf
/lib64
/usr/lib64
/usr/kerberos/lib64
/opt/python/lib
/usr/lib

sccheckd(1M) System Administration Commands sccheckd(1M)

NAME
sccheckd - service for the cluster configuration check utility SYNOPSIS
sccheckd DESCRIPTION
Note - Beginning with the Sun Cluster 3.2 release, Sun Cluster software includes an object-oriented command set. Although Sun Cluster software still supports the original command set, Sun Cluster procedural documentation uses only the object-oriented command set. For more infor- mation about the object-oriented command set, see the Intro(1CL) man page. The sccheckd service is the server side of the client-server cluster configuration check utility. This utility is called by the sccheck command. The inetd daemon starts the cluster configuration check service. The service reads the /etc/default/sccheck file at startup and during exe- cution. The service logs diagnostics and error messages to syslog and the console. The sccheckd service has no direct connection to stdin, stdout, or stderr. The sccheckd service exits when the last client connection exits. ATTRIBUTES
