I can't help much with SOAP, but I'm certain what you have as SOAPInput should be the body of the message, not mixed in with the headers, as headers cannot contain newlines.

i'm using this command to post data to a remote host:
wget --post-data="My Data" http://<my-ip>:80 -O /dev/null -q
and
curl --data "My Data" http://<my-ip>:80
however, when i run the above, i see the following in my access log on the remote host:

imap_fetchmime - Fetch MIME headers for a particular section of the message
SYNOPSIS
string imap_fetchmime (resource $imap_stream, int $msg_number, string $section, [int $options])
DESCRIPTION
Fetch the MIME headers of a particular section of the body of the specified messages.
PARAMETERS
o $
imap_stream -An IMAP stream returned by imap_open(3).
o $msg_number
- The message number
o $section
- The part number. It is a string of integers delimited by period which index into a body part list as per the IMAP4 specification
o $options
- A bitmask with one or more of the following:
o FT_UID - The $msg_number is a UID
o FT_PEEK - Do not set the Seen flag if not already set
o FT_INTERNAL - The return string is in internal format, will not canonicalize to CRLF.
RETURN VALUES
Returns the MIME headers of a particular section of the body of the specified messages as a text string.
