how to delete whole directory if file called somethingblahblah.testfile is there?

Synopsis

Description
"APR::Base64" provides the access to APR's base64 encoding and decoding API.

Decode a base64 encoded string

The encoded string.
ret: $decoded ( string )
The decoded string.

Encode a string to base64

The unencoded string.
