Rsync from remote machine via ssh and sync by uisng find by modified time
Hi
I have a requirement to rsync from remote to local machine via ssh and sync files that are changed in last n hours.
pgrep to check if no other sync is running
Due to limitations on destination machine sync job needs to be run on local machine
I am trying to search and remove files from a list of servers. I want to find every occurence of this file on each machine and then remove it. If I execute the find command on the remote machine I would like to be able to pipe the output to xargs and remove the file. Does anyone know hat would be... (1 Reply)

Local machine : Linux, /bin/bash
Remote machine (for the user used for ssh) : SunOs, /bin/ksh

mhc-sync - Data synchronization tool for MHC
SYNOPSIS
mhc-sync [options] [user@]remote.host[:dir]
mhc-sync -s [options]
DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents briefly the mhc-sync commands. This manual page was written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution because the
original program does not have a manual page.
mhc-sync is a program that synchronize MHC data using ssh. Note that You must install ssh and mhc-sync in both systems. Before you use
it, you must make sure that the remote repository and the local repository are identical.
OPTIONS
A summary of options is included below.
-n Do nothing effectives. Useful for checking.
-x exchange_id
Set identical id for each pair of machines
-r local_dir
Set local repository directory of the MHC. (default: ~/Mail/schedule)
-s Server mode, Don't specify it.
